As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners. Google Cloud helps customers transform and build what's next for their business, all with technology built in the cloud. As part of the Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) team, you will advocate the adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise across Japan’s various commercial landscape, spanning Large Enterprise to Corporate/Mid-Market accounts, through strategic partner co-selling and scalable ecosystem engagement.

In this role, you will apply direct sales discipline to unlock partner-driven growth at scale. You will orchestrate high-touch co-selling on strategic Large Enterprise agreements, while simultaneously driving repeatable, high-velocity sales motions with partners to maximize coverage across Corporate accounts. Furthermore, you will lead partner-enabled post-sales initiatives to accelerate user adoption, prompt enablement, and active consumption of Gemini Enterprise across our customer base.
