Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining secure lab environments, including optimizing physical infrastructure and deploying automated management systems. Experience establishing operational standards, troubleshooting critical end-to-end system issues, and mentoring engineers to foster technical growth. Knowledge of how to build, scale, and modernize complex distributed systems, high-density compute platforms, and hardware architectures. Ability to partner seamlessly with cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps, capacity plans, and tailored infrastructure solutions.
