## Job description

### Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 15 years of experience managing and growing consulting practices, and executive-level customer relationships. 10 years of experience in areas including business transformation, cloud strategy and operations, cloud finops, and innovation. Experience in business development, project scoping, budgeting, and leading enterprise professional services programs.

### Preferred qualifications

MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in cloud technology and the broader enterprise cloud marketplace. Experience in leading organizations through structural enterprise wide transformations. Experience in cloud transformation and helping customers accelerate business value through cloud transformation programs.

Experience speaking at conferences or publishing content on: cloud transformation and strategy, cloud operating model, culture, data-led change, cloud finops, or innovation. Ability to communicate in Korean fluently to support client relationship management in this region. You will manage, scale, and mentor a team of transformation consultants, guiding their immediate and long-term direction and results.
