## Job description

info_outline About the job Google's leadership team hand-picks thorny business challenges, and members of BizOps work in small teams to find solutions. As part of this team you fully immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations. Taking strategy one step further, you also persuasively communicate your recommendations to senior-level executives, roll-up your sleeves to help drive implementation and check back-in to see the impact of your recommendations.

Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. In this role you will drive key measurement and analytics programs that deliver a scaled impact for Google Marketing across media campaigns.

You will play a strategic and technical role in driving all things marketing analytics, with a strong focus on the incremental impact of marketing dollars. Define problems, develop metrics, extract data and communicate results into recommendations that enable decision-making and drive business impact. You will own measurement and define milestones, provide direction for agencies/vendors, delegate, prioritize, plan, and direct a group of people to drive the project to completion.

You will be seen as an expert within our team on all things that relate to media and marketing incrementality, MMMs, MMTs and digital measurement methodologies such as Channel level experiments and Brand lift tools. You will maintain global consistency, while keeping regional focus.
