Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence. Experience coaching and mentoring others. Experience working in a data center, manufacturing, or similar operating environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) systems for reporting. Excellent teamwork and organizational skills. As a Data Center People Consultant (DCPC), you will serve as a strategic HR advisor to the leaders and teams powering Google’s global infrastructure. The team drives measurable impact by delivering dynamic HR consultations across a variety of HR topics aligned to the POps’ Menu of Services along with delivering targeted HR solutions aligned to the broader Data Center strategy. Through agile consultations and deep alignment with the Data Center business and People Operations ecosystem, they help ensure the workforce is not only supported but optimized to scale at the speed of innovation.
