We build relationships that solve users’ needs, advance our partners’ goals, and further Google's mission. Our team provides solutions for a broad range of partners from helping publishers and developers grow their businesses through business generation solutions, to helping our long-term partners anticipate and navigate change in a way that delivers economic and reputational value. Within this organization, our Ecosystem and Incubation initiatives forge strategic collaborations to accelerate the adoption and validation of frontier AI technologies. We bridge the gap between building cutting-edge models and proving their real-world utility. We move with startup-like velocity to pilot new capabilities, validate model performance in the wild, and scale what works through programmatic startup and venture capital frameworks. We forge strategic partnerships with leaders shaping the future, from venture-backed start-ups and AI-focused companies to publisher ecosystems, the creator sector, and much more. Through early-stage partnerships, we validate product-market fit for our emerging technologies, while our broader ecosystem strategy allows us to shape new market opportunities and build the next generation of Google's AI products. Our approach is strategic, not transactional. Our work covers the full spectrum of partnership models. We craft complex, first-of-their-kind agreements for unique challenges, and we develop scalable partnerships to drive broad impact through programmatic initiatives. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
