## Job description

### Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc. Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.

### Preferred qualifications

Experience in HR, people programs, or other people related roles. Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence. Experience working in a data center, manufacturing, or similar operating environment. Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
