In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. As a Senior Product Manager on the Performance, Rewards, and Global Mobility (PRGM) team, you will guide the product strategy and execution of agentic applications across total rewards, benefits, and performance management. Operating as "Customer Zero" with Google's latest Gemini models, you will partner cross-functionally to replace legacy, form-based workflows with intelligent, multi-agent experiences. These products will empower Googlers and leaders to make critical talent and compensation decisions with speed and transparency. Bridging product goal with technical execution, you will define multi-agent orchestration patterns and hybrid reasoning pipelines. By establishing thorough evaluation frameworks for accuracy and privacy, you will establish best practices for how enterprise-grade AI agents operate at Google scale.
