Our UX Engineers are versatile, passionate, and driven to advance the direction for our design teams. Comfortable working across discipline lines, you will develop products and prototypes that bring innovative ideas to life. Joining a multi-disciplinary UX team, you will collaborate with Engineering and Product Management, using user insights to create industry-leading products. In a fast-paced environment, you will use your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user-facing technologies to: create prototypes that define product experiences; launch innovative features; build tools to accelerate UX teams; and bridge design and engineering to ensure efficient, high-quality execution. As a part of this role, you will sit somewhere between a traditional iOS developer and UX engineer, shipping production-quality features in partnership with both engineering and design teams. In this role, you will need a strong knowledge of iOS development as well as experience working with research and design teams to define and deliver new features, test new concepts and assist with final implementation. You will work closely with interaction and motion designers to create a compelling interactive perspective, exploring novel interactions, building testable prototypes for usability studies, setting the bar for polish and animation quality, and assisting with final production implementation. In Google Search, we're reimagining what it means to search for information – any way and anywhere. To do that, we need to solve complex engineering challenges and expand our infrastructure, while maintaining a universally accessible and useful experience that people around the world rely on. In joining the Search team, you'll have an opportunity to make an impact on billions of people globally.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ### US $188000 - $274000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google. ## At a glance - Posted by the employer: Not stated - First seen by OpenNash: Oct 13, 2026 - Last checked: Oct 23, 2026 - Listed for: 10 days - Location: Mountain View, CA, USA +1 more[Apply on Alphabet’s careers site →](https://www.google.com/about/careers/applications/jobs/results/112629819581047494-staff-ios-developer-search) ## More jobs at Alphabet ### [Program Manager III, Developer Relations Content, Google Labs](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/728526938b7c5c67f282/) Mountain View, CA, USA +1 more ### [Software Engineer III, Infrastructure, Google Ads](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/c6ed08c6c6ea6d09fb70/) Mountain View, CA, USA +1 more ### [Staff Software Engineer, Photos Create](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/a3d704f3cbbc7034a5c1/) Mountain View, CA, USA +1 more ### [Seed Studio Visual Design Manager, Devices and Services](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/8552f4041eeb5836a768/) Mountain View, CA, USA +1 more ### [Senior Product Manager, Ads Safety](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/5371d46e0fdaffd8e945/) Mountain View, CA, USA +1 more ## Similar jobs at other companies ### [iOS Engineer II - Search Entry](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/expedia-group/jobs/173c0e4511e018c139a6/) Expedia Group · Washington - Seattle Campus ### [Staff Windows Developer - Debugger](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/qualcomm/jobs/aacd1d4a1495537fd134/) Qualcomm · San Diego, California, United States of America ### [System Engineer Staff - Training Developer / Instructor (Level 4)](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/lockheed-martin/jobs/d342d08fb0f17e47da8e/) Lockheed Martin · Palmdale, CA ### [Senior Staff Windows Developer - Debugger](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/qualcomm/jobs/dc5eb75cce63244dd378/) Qualcomm · San Diego, California, United States of America ### [IOS Developer](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/infosys/jobs/f1e9c62a66167d26f363/) Infosys · Irving, TX OpenNash lists jobs from employers’ own careers sites and does not handle applications.
