Experience in management consulting, finance, or business strategy function. Deep understanding of the full enterprise sales cycle, subscription/consumption business models, and full-funnel sales motions. Demonstrated success in operating executive cadence and strategic insight. Demonstrated relationship building skills with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrated record of high productivity and meeting deadlines, with a willingness to be direct and to take responsibility. Comfort in fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritization skills. About the job In this role, you will be responsible for driving action-oriented insights for our practice areas and go-to-market (GTM) Geos, around our solutions, sales plays, lead generation efforts, pipeline development, and ultimate business consumption. Successful execution will bring clarity, insightful interpretation, and actionable learnings, which create impact and value for the entire Cloud Sales organization. You must be direct and data-driven, with the curiosity and autonomy to develop hypotheses about the business, and validate them by leveraging both your own investigative skills and the help of other teams where relevant. You will showcase thought leadership by providing executive-ready insights, frameworks, and identifying new areas of analysis, partnering closely with Practice or Geo leads in the GTM Practice organization. A critical capability will be to drive cross functional coordination across multiple levels of Google Cloud, shaping, influencing and coordinating high-quality inputs from teams within the GTM Practice organization, and external local and global cross functional teams. You will be experienced with corporate strategy and business analysis, having a strong understanding of Cloud business models and enterprise sales motions, and a passion to help drive digital transformation through Google Cloud technologies. You will enjoy operating in ambiguity, and be a creative and business savvy thinker who can leverage your business sense, cloud knowledge, and investigative ability to help prioritize sales activities and initiatives, and credibly drive impact with our field sellers.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry.
