Experience using statistical analysis and data analytics to solve product or operational problems. Experience driving initiatives and operational improvements to meet business objectives. ### Preferred qualifications 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. Experience in driving program reviews, building schedules cross-functionally, and keeping program milestones on track. Experience working with large, complex organizations and implementing programs or initiatives across multiple product areas. Proven ability to build and lead high-performing technical program management teams. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams. The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.
