## Job description

### Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product design or User Experience (UX). Experience designing creator tools, video editing workflows, content management systems (CMS), or media publishing platforms. Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional UX designers and managing multi-year product design goals. Include a portfolio, website, or any other related link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

### Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of experience in product design or UX. 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization. As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

We strive to learn and understand our users’ needs, behaviors, and emotions to gather insights that inform product strategy and design.
