Experience developing ML/AI-driven products for classification or abuse protection, including defining metrics and measuring model and system performance. Experience in Trust and Safety, Child or Youth Safety, or abuse-prevention products, ideally including age assurance or identity verification. Experience turning legal, regulatory, or policy requirements into product requirements, ideally in youth-safety areas. Experience leading sensitive, high-visibility launches with Policy, Legal, Privacy, and Operations partners, and communicating complex trade-offs clearly to executive leadership. As a Product Manager within the YouTube Trust and Safety organization, you will join the Minor Safety team at the forefront of building the next generation of safeguards. You will manage the age assurance models and proactive detection systems that ensure users receive age-appropriate experiences across YouTube's rapidly growing ecosystem. In this role, you will work at the intersection of technology and policy. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, legal, and operations teams to launch Machine Learning and AI-powered classification technologies.
