[Apply on Alphabet’s careers site →](https://www.google.com/about/careers/applications/jobs/results/117792531332113094-senior-software-engineer-kampi-search) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Alphabet](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/) / Senior Software Engineer, K&I Search ## Job description ### Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation. ### Position requires the following 4 years of experience in Software development utilizing C++, Python, or Java; 4 years of experience in Testing, maintaining or launching software products; 4 years of experience in one of the following: Relational databases, Managing data, Validation, API design, System design, AI/ML, Android development, iOS development, or Front-end development; 2 years of experience with Software design and architecture; and Delivering on a company priority in a technical leadership role, either directing a small group of engineers, or as an individual contributor. As a software engineer, you will work on a specific project critical to Google’s needs with opportunities to switch teams and projects as you and our fast-paced business grow and evolve. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000 - $253,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location.
