## Job description

### Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience within creative, localization, translation, journalism, public communications or the online marketing/advertising industry.

### Preferred qualifications

Experience utilizing AI technologies, specifically in validating AI output (e.g., Human-in-the-Loop) or developing AI-based quality programs. Proficient in leveraging Generative AI to optimize localization quality processes and scale high-quality, culturally resonant content, coupled with a deep understanding of LLM limitations regarding linguistic/cultural nuance, bias, and factual accuracy. Comprehensive knowledge of the Indonesian linguistic and cultural landscape, including digital trends, pop culture, and local consumer behavior.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across businesses and leadership levels. In this role, you have a passion for language and are responsible for shaping Google’s voice in Indonesia market and owning the localization quality and strategy for all Google products and contents localized for this market.Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life.
