About the job Google isn't just a software company. The Hardware Operations team is responsible for monitoring the state-of-the-art physical infrastructure behind Google's powerful search technology. As a Hardware Operations Manager, you will manage a team of Data Center Technicians. You will oversee the quality installation of server hardware and components and take charge of complicated installations/troubleshooting. Your team will install, configure, test, troubleshoot and maintain hardware (like servers and its components) and server software (like Google's Linux cluster). They will also take on the configuration of more complex components such as networks, routers, hubs, bridges, switches and networking protocols. They may lead small project teams on larger installations and develop project contingency plans. Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. From developing and maintaining our data centers to building the next generation of Google platforms, we make Google's product portfolio possible. We're proud to be our engineers' engineers and love voiding warranties by taking things apart so we can rebuild them. We keep our networks up and running, ensuring our users have the best and fastest experience possible. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ### Finland €80000 - €82000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google. ## At a glance - Posted by the employer: Not stated - First seen by OpenNash: Oct 13, 2026 - Last checked: Oct 23, 2026 - Listed for: 10 days - Location: Hamina, Finland[Apply on Alphabet’s careers site →](https://www.google.com/about/careers/applications/jobs/results/128173578955694790-data-center-manager) ## More jobs at Alphabet ### [Data Center Facilities Technician, Mechanical](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/d6c99391227cfa992fa9/) Hamina, Finland ### [Data Center Technician II](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/8dfb2285d3bd32f21bce/) Hamina, Finland ### [Data Center Technician II, AI Infrastructure](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/186623a2ab5270f513e0/) Hamina, Finland ### [Data Center Technician III, AI Infrastructure](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/175ab65a44fbc25b2849/) Hamina, Finland ### [Data Center Technician Intern, 2027](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/alphabet/jobs/04cb687a133a8c99cd6a/) Hamina, Finland ## Similar jobs at other companies ### [Data Center Logistics](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/equinix/jobs/40207fd5969e1bc4f817/) Equinix · Meudon, France ### [Data Center Logistics III](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/equinix/jobs/6805258bd8c41297cb62/) Equinix · Singapore ### [Data Center Technician](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/microsoft/jobs/be808c85acc5870f8a7f/) Microsoft · Australia, Victoria, Melbourne ### [Data Center Technician](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/microsoft/jobs/4cfb1c6cacaa892b71e2/) Microsoft · Italy, Milano, Milan ### [Application Engineer, Data Center](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/siemens/jobs/e8de4d1a110fe9dfe3d8/) Siemens OpenNash lists jobs from employers’ own careers sites and does not handle applications.
