As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of our customers and help shape the future of businesses of all sizes use technology to connect with customers, employees and partners. As a Workspace Delivery Manager, you will serve as the primary customer interface for Google Workspace implementations, overseeing deployment strategy, optimization, and service delivery pipelines for enterprise clients. You will leverage your technical expertise, coordinate among developers, sales, partners, and clients to ensure seamless transitions, drive adoption, and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, defining requirements, managing schedules, and mitigating risks. In this critical role, you will help customers transform their collaboration and communication while leading a team of technical consultants and developers to successfully deliver Google Workspace solutions. This role requires you to work in a shift pattern or non-standard work hours as required. This may include weekend work.
