## Job description

### Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in product design or UX. Experience with user-centered design, usability principles, human factors, and field user research. Experience with machine learning capabilities and limitations, and designing human-AI collaboration workflows. Experience communicating user experiences using wireframes, storyboards, or interactive prototypes, and collaborating with engineering teams to translate designs into UI components or design systems.

### Preferred qualifications

Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 12 years of experience in product design or UX. 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization. 4 years of experience leading design projects. 3 years of experience working with executive leaders. Experience in evaluating complex spaces to surface and define both new and existing interaction patterns within an AIUX repertoire.
