In this role, you will contribute to designing an agile organization that is optimized for delivery, augmented by cutting-edge AI technology, and automated via agentic workflows to drive long-term business value. You will be the domain expert in the room, a trusted advisor leader turns to for critical workforce decisions and, just as critically, a builder. You will be multi-tasking, that is what makes this role unique. You will own a portfolio of relationships with leaders, advocate the development of AI-driven tools and agentic automation that make workforce planning scalable, and partner closely with Finance, HR, Recruiting, Real Estate, and Operations to enable teams to execute seamlessly against plans.
