Experience setting product specifications (ERS/ICD), designing characterization experiments (DOE), and defining production binning and calibration strategies. ### Preferred qualifications Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Optical Sciences, Physics, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 12 years of industry experience specializing in product engineering or module integration for augmented reality /virtual reality (AR/VR) displays, optical engines, or high-precision optoelectronic systems. Experience in electro-optical module integration, encompassing optical, mechanical, semiconductor, quality, reliability, and thermal domains. Proficiency with statistical data modeling and automation tools (JMP, Python, MATLAB, SQL, R) for yield modeling, parametric analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations. Track record of guiding complex NPI optoelectronic modules from initial prototype bring-up to high-volume manufacturing.
