In this role, your main objective is to equip marketers with the tools and processes to move with greater agility and velocity so together, you can seamlessly land launches and an ongoing drumbeat of marketing activity across Google’s top AI priorities. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building operational infrastructure (often from scratch), and want to shape how Google launches AI, this is your team. You will support critical programs, including model go-to-market and tentpole moment enablement. Your role is truly cross-functional you will partner closely with Marketing leadership and connect the dots across PR, Product Areas like Chrome and Android, and Regions to bring our GTM strategy to life. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate possesses a track record in program management. You will support critical programs and short-term sprints, enabling rapid progress in a highly complex space. You are analytical and entrepreneurial, willing to try new things while managing numerous high-stakes projects with tight deadlines. You have a passion for AI and use AI tools to be more productive, saving time and enabling velocity. Things happen quickly at Google, and to do great work, you need to rapidly learn new context; quickly develop relationships across Marketing, Product, Comms and beyond; and produce meaningful results in highly ambiguous environments.
