## Job description

### Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Product Management or related field, and 1 year of work experience in job offered or in a Global Solutions Associate-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept 3 years of work experience in the job offered or in a Global Solutions Associate-related occupation. Position requires 1 year of experience in the following: Leading complex, cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives or

Program management; Developing business strategies based on industry and market trend analysis or Strategic planning; Influencing executive leadership on strategic initiatives and product decisions or Executive stakeholder management; Building collaborative partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders including Product and Engineering or Cross-functional team alignment; and Developing sales and partnership strategies for technical products using competitive intelligence or Go-to-market strategy development.

About the job The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 - $179,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.
