Working closely with the Branch Network, you will develop trusted relationships with key Small Business customers, identify their financing needs and support them throughout the lending process. Your focus will be on originating and preparing financing proposals for larger Small Business customers, particularly those involving complex or higher-value financing requests. What you need to have Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key Small Business customers, assess their financing needs and recommend suitable financing solutions. Collect and review the required information and documentation, and prepare credit proposals for submission to the Credit Committee, including financial statement analysis, business plan sensitivity analysis and the proposed financing structure. Coordinate the implementation of approved financing requests with the Branch Network and Back Office to ensure timely and seamless loan disbursement. Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the lending process. Develop and implement commercial action plans with Branch Managers and Branch Business Relationship Managers to achieve the Business Area’s lending targets, and monitor progress against them. Promote collaboration and share expertise and best practices across the Branch Network to strengthen Small Business customer relationships. Ensure compliance with applicable internal policies, procedures and relevant European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines. What you need to have A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a STEM field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field would be considered an asset. At least seven years of experience in Small Business or SME financing. Strong credit analysis skills, including experience in financial statement analysis, business plan assessment and credit proposal preparation. Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate financing solutions. The ability to collaborate effectively with the Branch Network and internal stakeholders. A commercial mindset, a focus on results and a sound understanding of credit risk.
