The ideal candidate is a strategic, customer-focused commercial leader with a strong record of building high-performing teams, translating insights into clear choices, and delivering integrated HCP engagement in a complex and competitive market.

### Key Responsibilities

Lead US HCP marketing strategy across AMVUTTRA, ONPATTRO, and TTR disease education, setting clear portfolio priorities and identifying growth opportunities in polyneuropathy and cardiomyopathy. Oversee development and execution of insight-driven branded marketing and unbranded disease education across personal and non-personal channels. Lead medical education marketing, including speaker bureau strategy, speaker program optimization, peer-to-peer education, and congress planning and activation. Develop differentiated, patient-centered market development, diagnostic, and competitive strategies that support appropriate HCP engagement and portfolio growth. Engage appropriately with external experts and priority HCP customers to deepen customer understanding and inform commercial strategy.

Lead annual planning, operating plans, budgets, investment prioritization, agency partnerships, execution governance, and performance reviews. Define and monitor meaningful performance indicators, using results to optimize strategy, tactics, investment, and channel mix. Lead, coach, and develop a team of HCP marketers, fostering a high-performing culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and development.

Build strong partnerships across Global Marketing, Medical, Sales, Market Access, Insights, Omnichannel, Business Operations, Clinical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance to enable aligned, efficient, and compliant execution.

Experience across branded HCP promotion, disease education, digital or non-personal promotion, and medical education marketing, including speaker programs or congress strategy. US product launch or major indication-expansion experience strongly preferred. Proven success translating customer, market, and performance insights into differentiated strategies, investment priorities, and measurable execution plans. Demonstrated people leadership, executive presence, cross-functional influence, and ability to lead effectively in a matrixed environment.

Experience managing agencies, vendors, promotional budgets, and complex review processes within legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
