Focus on providing excellent service while reducing claims expenses and other related costs to maximize benefits for the company. - Inspect damage details and approve repairs for insured vehicles and third-party vehicles within authorized approval limits. - If claim investigation reveals suspected fraud (Fraud Claim), immediately report to direct supervisor. - Submit approved repair claims to the next level supervisor for payment approval. - Manage responsibilities to prevent complaints. - Claim inspections and evaluations must be accurate, quick, and fair. - Work performance must strictly adhere to cost reduction principles for both claims and other expenses. - Work operations must strictly comply with SLA. - Work operations must include oversight to prevent fraud both inside and outside the company. - Maintain a service-minded approach, creating satisfaction for all parties in accordance with company policy guidelines. - Assist at the counter when requested. ### Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Have at least 3 years of direct experience in claims processing, especially in negotiating with third parties in the insurance industry. Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage. Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
