## Job description

We’re offering an exciting Care Center Internship opportunity at Allianz Partners – Bahrain for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact About the Role As a Care Center Intern, you will support the Care Center team in handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in customer communication, case management, and healthcare support processes within a leading global organization What you do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
- Support the team with case follow-ups, documentation, and data updates.
- Assist in coordinating with internal departments for timely resolution of requests.
- Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency. What you bring
- Bahraini nationals only 🇧🇭
- Fresh university graduate
- No working experience
- Bachelor’s degree (medical or health-related background preferred).
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
