If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and want to grow your career, come join us! ### What You'll Be Doing Customer Support: Handle both back-office and front-office support, helping our customers get the answers they need. ### Claims Processing Review and process travel claims quickly and accurately, following company guidelines. ### Follow-ups Investigate claims and ensure timely follow-up for a top-notch customer experience. ### Meet Targets Hit personal and team productivity and quality goals every month. ### Teamwork Work closely with internal teams to solve issues and provide solutions. ### Additional Tasks Assist with other duties as needed. ### What We’re Looking For Fluent in French (C1) and Italian (min. B2). ### Experience 1-2 years in a similar role is a plus. ### Problem-Solver You know how to find solutions and tackle challenges head-on. ### Quick Thinker You can handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines. ### Independent Worker Able to manage your tasks with little supervision and deliver results.
