[Apply on Allianz’s careers site →](https://careers.allianz.com/global/en/job/AISAIPGB101563EXTERNALENGLOBAL/Branch-Manager-Non-Life-Insurance) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Allianz](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/allianz/) / Branch Manager (Non-Life Insurance) ## Job description ### Job Summary Responsible in expanding new customers including perform marketing activities based on defined plan Responsibilities: - Provide necessary support and training to establish managerial back-up and employee development, and to ensure effective use of technology to meet Company, Agency, and Customer requirements - Monitor and maintain all sources of Marketing staff ### Monthly Active Plans - Timely collection of premiums - Assist in generating new business opportunities through active involvement in the sales process - Work and assist closely with the Underwriting team to enhance new business opportunities - Ensure branch profitability by promoting and implementing underwriting strategies for both new and existing customers. - Develop and support customer retention objectives of the Branch - Assists in activity strategies to respond to customer service requirements involving claim inquiries and service requests - Collect the premium payments and issue a receipt for customer Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field. Direct Experience of sales and marketing in financial institutions insurance or insurance Industry Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot 365, will be an advantage Applications are open for all upcountry branches.
