## Job description

### Job Summary

To perform scanning in an orderly manner.

### Key Responsibilities

To perform scanning and quality check of all documents scanned. To check and maintain all the record of all the documents received for scanning. To perform quality check on the documents scanned before proceeding for disposal. To work with Facility Management & General Admin Department in handling documents offsite storage packing & coordination. To undertake any other duties & responsibility related to scanning required by the Management as and when required.

### Requirements

SPM leavers may apply Detail oriented Basic computer knowledge and usage in Microsoft Familiarity with using ChatGPT to assist with daily tasks Disclaimer Thank you for your interest in joining our team.
