Closely monitor market innovations, trends, competitor products, and changing dynamics to analyze potential growth opportunities and develop strategic action proposals. Take an end-to-end role in all processes, from the revision of existing products to new product development stages, and proactively manage potential risks by identifying impact areas. Establish effective coordination with relevant business units and third parties during the product launch phase, managing approval processes thoroughly and meticulously. Manage the integration processes of products into sales platforms, ensuring systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Regularly analyze the return and growth performance of both our own pension investment funds and other funds in the market, while tracking portfolio efficiency. Periodically review the fund portfolio to identify fund structures to be newly established, merged, or converted, and guide strategic restructuring processes. Closely monitor fund movements (establishment, merger, conversion) within the sector and prepare periodic reports to be presented to senior management. Utilize your market vision, analytical perspective, and operational tracking skills to grow the company's portfolio in this critical role that bridges product development and fund management.
