The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. ### Contract Type Fixed-term contract (4 months). ### Work Schedule Shift-based working hours. ### Languages Required Fluent Italian and English. ### Key Responsibilities Professionally manage customer calls, emails, and assigned tasks. Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in a polite and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Provide customers with accurate information, guidance, and support. Conduct customer satisfaction follow-up calls in a professional manner. Record customer information and update relevant customer data within company systems and applications. Become familiar with operational procedures and achieve target volumes for requests, calls, and tasks. Discuss complex cases and challenges with the Team Leader and other designated stakeholders, while contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality. Actively participate in the development and improvement of operational processes. Attend and actively engage in all training sessions provided by the company. Follow instructions and guidance from the Team Leader and management team. Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insight responsibly and in line with our standards for data governance, security and ethical use. ### What We’re Looking For Willingness to work shifts including nights and weekends once trained. Advanced English & Italian level Customer-focused and teamwork-oriented mindset. Calm and professional in emergency situations.
