[Apply on Allianz’s careers site →](https://careers.allianz.com/global/en/job/AISAIPGB102620EXTERNALENGLOBAL/Manager-Unit-Linked-Business) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Allianz](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/allianz/) / Manager - Unit Linked Business ## Job description Job summary This role will serve as the business owner for Unit Linked product initiatives and projects, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the end-to-end Unit Linked ecosystem, improve advisor experience, and drive business growth through effective activation, training, and campaign management. ### Key Responsibilities Unit Linked Product & Project Management Act as the business owner for Unit Linked product-related projects and initiatives. Partner with internal stakeholders to improve sales tools, digital platforms, core systems, data solutions, and after-sales service processes. Gather insights from key Unit Linked producers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for business improvement. Monitor project progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of initiatives. Unit Linked Advisory Provide expert guidance on Unit Linked products, investment funds, underwriting requirements, regulatory updates, and sales processes. Support advisors and sales teams in delivering effective financial planning solutions and overcoming sales challenges. Analyse market trends, product competitiveness, and customer need to support business strategy. Business Activation & Campaign Management Develop and execute initiatives to drive advisor engagement, activation, productivity, and business growth. Lead regional campaigns and sales activities to ensure high-quality execution and measurable results. Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend enhancement opportunities. Training & Capability Development Design and deliver training programs that enhance sales capability and product knowledge. Identify development needs and implement learning solutions to improve performance. Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide effective learning experiences. - Must Have - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field Min. 5 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, wealth management, financial planning, product management, sales development, or training - Strong understanding of Unit Linked products and the financial advisory business - Strong familiar with both internal and external insurance agencies ### Nice to Have Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage Certified IC Licence will be advantage Good Communication in English Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
