If you're passionate about providing exceptional service and want to grow your career, come join us! ### What You'll Be Doing correspondence with customers in a polite manner, ensuring a high degree of their satisfaction; professional management of calls and emails; providing specific information and advice to clients; recording information and changes regarding customer data in the related applications of the job; getting familiar with the routine and processing target volumes of requests and calls - discussing complex cases and challenges with the team leader and other designated persons, as well as contributing to improving the quality of the services provided by the team; involvement in the development/improvement of operational processes; attentive and active participation in the trainings offered by the company; Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use. compliance with the instructions from the team leader or the management line. ### What We’re Looking For Fluent in Italian and English (C1 required). ### Experience 1-2 years in a similar role is a plus. ### Problem-Solver You know how to find solutions and tackle challenges head-on. ### Quick Thinker You can handle a high volume of work and meet deadlines. ### Independent Worker Able to manage your tasks with little supervision and deliver results. Good understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks.
