Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and internal corporate guidelines. Perform financial analyses to guarantee the quality and reliability of financial statements. Monitor balance sheet accounts, reconciliations, profit and loss accounts, and accounting records. Coordinate external audits and support internal audits, including the follow-up and closure of related findings. Develop controls and guidelines to strengthen financial governance and mitigate accounting and tax risks. Support Group initiatives and drive local transformation projects. Foster collaboration across teams and proactively support the resolution of relevant financial matters. ### What We Are Looking For Solid professional experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Financial Governance. Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail. Clear communication and the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders. A collaborative, flexible, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work efficiently in a global environment and meet deadlines. Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly and in alignment with our standards for data governance, security and ethical uses.
