Gain hands-on exposure to financial operations, reporting, and process improvement initiatives in a dynamic regional environment. ### Key Responsibilities - Support process improvement initiatives using Allianz approved AI and automation tools to streamline manual tasks such as reconciliations and reporting - Develop dashboards and user guides that help the finance team adopt new tools and processes - Support the Senior Accountant with month-end closing, reconciliations and month-end reports - Assist in reviewing staff expense claims and performing monthly checks - Assist in preparing GST returns and following up outstanding AR/AP items with shared services - Undertake ad hoc assignments as and when required Key Requirements/Skills/Experience: - Pursing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics or a related field - Able to commit 6 months or longer - Basic understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and month-end closing - Strong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or AI tools is an advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Curious and proactive, with an interest in using technology to improve finance processes Allianz Group is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
