You will be the first point of contact for customers of Allianz and Allianz Partners Travel Health Insurance who require assistance due to emergencies or illnesses while traveling abroad. ### Your Responsibilities Handle incoming medical emergency cases involving customers traveling abroad. Provide professional advice, assistance, and support to customers via telephone and other communication channels. Coordinate and manage case information, ensuring accurate documentation of all actions taken within the CRM system. Communicate effectively with hospitals, clinics, medical providers, and assistance partners worldwide. Organize and coordinate medical repatriations and other travel assistance and emergency support services. Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) and technological tools to enhance efficiency and service quality. Your Knowledge and Skills Completed vocational training, apprenticeship, or a university degree is an advantage. Fluency in French, English and German or Italian, English and German is required. Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to confidently navigate international regions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset. Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools. Willingness to work flexibly in a 24/7 shift environment, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Good understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to effectively use AI tools in daily work. A passion for helping people and delivering outstanding service in emergency situations.
