As an Area Sales Manager, you will serve as a strategic point of contact for stakeholders and oversee sales operations. This position involves promoting and selling the organization’s products across multiple sales channels while leading a team for Vision Care Portfolio for Catalonia and the North of Spain territory. This position is based in Barcelona. A typical day will include: Develop and monitor an integrated operational plan which achieves business goals Meet or excel sales target Manage operating expenses Ensure effective management of sales team. Including training and personal development. Increase sales/ team productivity Be accountable for collaboration with Customer Accounts, Marketing, Product Managers ### WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON: Minimum of 3 years in sales or a similar role, preferably within an international company. Prior leadership experience is a plus. Background in healthcare or pharmacy is an advantage. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Driver’s license is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
