(más información en la entrevista) Misión & Objetivos Gestionar y organizar la documentación de la empresa, tanto física como digital. Atender y filtrar llamadas telefónicas, así como gestionar el correo electrónico. Coordinar y programar reuniones y citas. Mantener actualizado el archivo de clientes y proveedores. Preparar informes y presentaciones según sea necesario. Colaborar con otros departamentos para asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente. Asistir en la gestión de pedidos y el control de inventario. Realizar otras tareas administrativas que se requieran para el buen funcionamiento de la oficina. Conocimientos y Experiencia Formación profesional o titulación universitaria en Administración, Contabilidad o campo relacionado. Experiencia previa demostrable en un puesto administrativo (mínimo 1-2 años). Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excelente capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y gestión del tiempo. Habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal efectivas. Proactividad, capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo. Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión empresarial (ERP) será valorado. * Dominio del idioma español (oral y escrito) indispensable.
