As part of the Airbus Korea team, you will deliver all type of flight training utilizing the following training devices: Full Flight Simulators for A330, A350 or A380 Airbus pilot training devices Classroom training Objectives are to ensure the airline crews capability to carry out safely and correctly all normal and emergency procedures required by Airworthiness authorities and Airbus so that the crew will achieve the required level of standard proficiency. Responsibilities will include: Delivering training while adhering to Airbus standard policy and standardization as required by Airbus Flight Training Operations. Instructing trainees on the various training devices Providing an evaluation of the crews progression Producing a written report and grading of the trainees performance at the end of each session. Determining the necessity to provide extra training in order to achieve the desired level of proficiency.
