Generate, monitor and update Purchase Orders to ensure on-time, - quality, -cost delivered goods and services. Support Buyers in Call for Tenders management Support the procurement organisation in managing Data Integrity in Procurement Tools. Support buyers with contract management and administration. Manage the electronic storage and archiving of contractual documentation using Airbus internal tools. Initiate and follow up on recurring supplier inputs and required actions. Address ad-hoc requests to meet urgent customer requirements and event needs. Maintain proactive, two-way communication with strategic buyers across central procurement commodities. Drive innovation and digitalization by deploying state-of-the-art procurement processes and tools. Requirements - our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Procurement or an equivalent background in administrative operations. Demonstrated proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management) is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, efficient time management and prioritization skills Digital background (Google sheet/ excel,...) with tools improvement mindset and appetence to learn new tools and application features Project Management notions Fluency in English, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment. Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative team player, comfortable working in remote and multicultural settings. A degree in Business, Engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience Willingness to travel (up to once a month) to core Airbus locations in France, Germany, Spain, and the UK.
