The selected candidate will join the Work Preparation department, which provides essential support to production by ensuring process maintenance and optimization. Our team collaborates across multifunctional teams, contributing t o the success of key projects such as S19 A350, HTP S.A, and 330. ### RESPONSIBILITIES Optimize existing processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the preparation of Practical Problem Solving (PPS), Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs), and line balancing for ramp-up. Implement new manufacturing tools and technologies as part of the new media industrialization effort. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for both products and processes. ### SKILLS Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills? Apply! ### We are looking forward to knowing you Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline. ### Experience At least 5 years in Manufacturing or Engineering. ### Soft skills High adaptability to work on new topics, in changing business environments, and in networking situations; high degree of autonomy, proactivity, and accountability. ### Languages Advanced level in English. ### Technical knowledge Line balancing calculations, composite materials experience, and advanced CATIA skills. ### Valuable / Nice to have A master’s degree in a relevant field will be valued.
