(Sécurisation de zones) Installe et dépose les outillages d'essai. Responsable de l’intégrité du parc outillages (rédaction avis outillage U5/O5 etc.). Est responsable d'initier la maintenance curative des outillages postes. (TPM) Participer activement au respect des délais et des coûts (réduction PCMU, CVAT, PPC etc.) Supporte les TE aux recherches de pannes (lecture de plan, sonnage manuel). Effectue sous la validation de l’EAP, les ouvertures de zones pour recherche de panne. Effectue les remises en état après recherches de pannes: Serrage au couple de prises, contacteurs. Freinage de prises. Dépose et repose de calculateur etc. Est l’interlocuteur Test des EAP niveau 1. Est acteur de l’AOS, Être moteur sur la proposition d'améliorations liées au poste / activité Participe activement à la vie du poste (moulage/démoulage, 5S, PPS, amélioration continue etc.) Etre acteur de son plan de formation personnel (présence formation, Ethic & compliance etc.) Assure sa présence au SQCDP /ROP et autres revues opérationnelles.
