Within the Solution Management Team, you will act as a key transversal leader transforming our industrial digital ecosystem. You will drive the definition and execution of complex ERP migration strategies (S/4HANA) on a global scale, bridging strategic IT roadmaps with concrete operational realities on our shop floors. ### Your working environment Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Wherever possible, we foster flexible working arrangements to stimulate innovative thinking. ### Your challenges Architect and deliver tailored ERP migration strategies (Big Bang, phase-in/phase-out, per program). Structure complex operational issues into actionable Epics and resolve technical roadblocks. Influence the global ERP roadmap governance through accurate priority management. Ensure smooth operational handover up to effective value delivery on manufacturing sites. Interface with digital teams to align cutting-edge technology trends with plant constraints. ### Your boarding pass Background in Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or Logistics. Minimum 10 years of experience in complex, highly regulated industries (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense). 10+ years of expertise in ERP deployment, specifically SAP modules (ideally S/4HANA). Proven track record in SAFe/Agile frameworks and large-scale Change Management implementation. Advanced level in English (French or German is a plus) and willingness to travel (~20%).
