You will be part of a team managing QSR (Quality Survey Report), SARI (SAfety Related Items), and In-Service Events. As part of the team, you will be involved in complex problem-solving aiming at reducing non-quality and improving aircraft safety. ### Your working environment Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for sp ace research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. Characterize problems, identify technical/systemic root causes, and deploy effective corrective and preventive actions. Report progress, secure 9S data quality, escalate risks to sponsors, and participate in routines. Qualify new Solving Leaders, act as an internal trainer/tutor, and promote the SOLVING culture. Animate the Community of Practice, support peers proactively, and share return on experience. ### Your boarding pass Minimum 10 years of professional experience in an industrial environment. Solid methodology and experience in complex problem-solving. Technical expertise in an aeronautical domain is an asset.
