## Job description

### Job Description
- Manage the customer orders including Spares, Component Repair & Overhaul, Warranty and others related to Material Support & Logistics.
- Work with team to seek the work flow and the process improvements to maximize the efficiency.
- Develop basic IT tool or software, especially but not limited to SAP, Excel, Macro, etc. to improve the effectiveness.
- Providing the weekly and/or monthly report and analysis.
- Contribute to some ad-hoc projects.
- At least 6 months internship.

### Job Holder Requirements
- Currently enrolled undergraduate students from a leading university, IT/ Software background is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proficient in various system and Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint etc. Familiar with Macro and statistical analysis tool.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player, with capacity to work independently. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
