We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Jigs and Tools Quality Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the manufacturing and maintenance of aircraft jigs and tools, playing a crucial role in our commitment to excellence and safety. ### Responsibilities - Perform the Tooling Verification Process (TVP) of the J&T belonging to S19 of Getafe´s Plant in order to guarantee J&T periodical maintenance revision is properly performed. The jobholder is responsible for defining the means, inspection type and inspection sequence described in TVP. - Control periodical maintenance revision is performed before expiry date and record in the IT tool available the TVP fulfilled. - Certify periodical maintenance revision is performed according to TVP and take a decision or disposal if any deviations are reported, assuring the same level of performances. - The jobholder is responsible to raise discrepancy report if any deviations are found in J&T and assure corrective actions are implemented. - Assure the acceptance of new toolings belonging to Getafe´s Plant according to Airbus Standards; assuring the traceability of the documents received and recording the tooling registers in the IT tool available. - Contribute to audit process fulfillment, by supporting all J&T issues, including internal, external and Airworthiness Authorities audits. - The jobholder is responsible to support technically all J&T issues in Getafe Plant. - Lead continuous improvement projects from AOS deployment and related to J&T. - Tooling control of Jig&Tools storehouse - Review and validation of all design modifications ### SKILLS Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills? Apply! ### We are looking forward to know you Experience: Proven experience in quality management within the aviation industry, with a focus on aircraft jigs and tools. ### Metrology Expertise Proficiency in Laser Tracker technology and 3D measuring machines. ### Certification Background Extensive experience in the initial certification and periodic recertification of aerospace Jigs. ### Process Knowledge Deep understanding of the current Getafe´s plant assembly and tooling requirements.
