Persoana selectată va fi responsabilă de menținerea infrastructurii IT în parametri optimi, gestionarea echipamentelor hardware și software ale companiei, oferirea de suport tehnic de nivel 1, 2 și 3, precum și implicarea activă în proiectele strategice de dezvoltare IT. ### Responsabilități principale Configurare și administrare hardware Configurarea, instalarea și mentenanța echipamentelor de tip desktop, laptop, smartphone-uri de companie, imprimante și echipamente multifuncționale. Gestionarea inventarului echipamentelor IT (hardware și periferice) și menținerea evidenței acestora. ### Deploy și rollout software Pregătirea, instalarea și actualizarea sistemelor de operare și a aplicațiilor utilizate în companie. Automatizarea proceselor de rollout software și distribuirea de patch-uri de securitate. ### Suport tehnic (On-Site & Remote) Asigurarea suportului tehnic de nivel 1, 2 și 3 pentru utilizatorii interni. Diagnosticarea și rezolvarea rapidă a problemelor hardware, software și de conectivitate. Crearea și actualizarea documentației interne de suport și a ghidurilor pentru utilizatori. ### Administrare rețea și infrastructură Monitorizarea și configurarea echipamentelor de rețea (switch-uri, routere, access point-uri, firewall-uri). Menținerea măsurilor de securitate cibernetică și asigurarea salvărilor periodice de date (backup). ### Implicare în proiecte IT Participarea activă la proiectele de expansiune, migrare sau modernizare a infrastructurii IT din cadrul companiei.
