## Job description

### Job Description

Airbus is looking for a Supply Manager in charge of the following activities:
- Act as focal point towards suppliers for operational activities, being responsible for On-Time and On-Quality deliveries.

### Issue Resolution
- Monitor supply chain deviations, lead recovery plans and implement containment actions to minimize impact.

### Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize stock levels.

### Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Program to ensure a seamless workflow.

### Vendor Management
- Support relationships with key suppliers, assisting in contract negotiations and monitoring service levels.

### Data Analysis
- Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends and propose innovative solutions.

### Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all operations meet internal quality standards and external regulations. Required skills
- Degree in Engineering.
- Level C1 English and Spanish.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Valid driving licence. Valued skills
- General knowledge in Supply Chain.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments. This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
