Supervise team(s) covering different activities in Manufacturing Production (eg. operations technicians, maintenance, product compliance etc). 職務内容 - Ensure zero accidents within the perimeter, raise safety awareness and ensure compliance with safety instructions. - Manage the production/workshop team, ensuring that employees develop their skills, monitor performance management, organize schedules and lead team meetings. - Ensure the manufacture of medical devices in compliance with manufacturing standards, and efficiently. Regularly monitor and update production indicators. - Ensure compliance with the manufacturing schedule drawn up in conjunction with the Supply Chain and Customer Relations departments. - In liaison with the product quality department, ensure the conformity of manufactured products, report anomalies and implement quality decisions (derogations, etc.). - In liaison with the methods department, ensure that equipment is in good condition and used correctly. Monitor the implementation of the maintenance plan. - In liaison with the warehouse department, ensure that stocks are properly maintained, report any anomalies and take part in inventories.
