## Job description

Air Liquide Romania has been present in the domestic market since 1999, and is a nationally recognized gas producer and supplier of technologies, services and gases for the food and beverage industry, large industries, the automotive industry, healthcare and the environment. Air Liquide Romania has a team of nearly 80 employees serving industrial customers. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Identify new opportunities, build relationships, negotiate and win new business.
- Analyze market positions, competitors' database, and trends. Assist in defining long-term objectives and development plans.
- Execute development plans and identify new opportunities. Build contacts with customers, networks, and government agencies. Develop marketing activities and materials.
- Understand customer needs and develop technical and commercial solutions. Facilitate decision-making process and prepare project proposals. Lead negotiations and reach contractual agreements. Provide support during project execution.
- Manage relationships with strategic/key customers. Stay updated on customer situations and improve customer experience.
- Support Account Manager in sustaining partnerships. Resolve issues and disputes through negotiation. Ensure contract follow-up and defend AL's customer base. Are you a MATCH? 1.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related. 2. 7+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role, ideally within the industrial gas or a related industry. / Proven track record in exceeding sales and busines development targets. / Leadership experience, especially in managing teams, can be a valuable asset. 3. Knowledge of the company's offerings, target markets, and competitive landscape is crucial.
